True Foundations Construction
LLC · Charlotte, North Carolina
“Where honesty & integrity meet construction.”
Everything we do
Seven trades.
One phone number.
Most jobs don’t stay in one lane. A leak becomes drywall becomes paint. A rotten deck board becomes framing. Having it all in-house means no waiting on somebody else’s subcontractor and nobody pointing fingers when something goes wrong.
you need? Most jobs cross two or three trades. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll come and look — free, and in a timely manner. Get a free estimate
Who we are
Built right.
Backed by our name.
Most people’s bad contractor story isn’t about a crooked wall — it’s about a phone that stopped being answered, a price that moved, or a “we’ll be there Tuesday” that turned into three Tuesdays.
True Foundations Construction is built to be the opposite of that. You get a written scope, a fixed number, a start date we actually keep, and a person who picks up. The craftsmanship is the baseline. Being easy to deal with is the point.
The company is owned and run by Todd Roose — who walks the estimate, writes the scope and does the final walk-through with you himself.
Why people call us back
The boring things,
done properly.
Nobody chooses a contractor because of a website. They choose one because somebody they trust said “these guys showed up”. Here’s what that means in practice.
We answer
A real person, during working hours, same day. If we’re on a roof we call you back before the end of the day — not next week.
Fixed written price
Scope, materials and number, on one page. It doesn’t drift unless you change what you asked for, and then you approve it first in writing.
Fully insured
Certificate goes out with the estimate without you having to ask for it. For commercial work we name you as additional insured.
Clean at close of play
Tools packed, floors swept, driveway clear, every evening. You keep living in your house while we work in it.
Dates we keep
You get a start date and a finish date. If weather or a supplier moves them, you hear it from us the same day it happens.
We walk it with you
Final walk-through before we pack up. Anything you point at gets fixed then — not on a promise to come back.
How working with us goes
Four steps. No surprises.
You call or send the form
Tell us roughly what’s going on. If it’s an emergency — water coming through a ceiling — say so and we move you to the front of the queue.
We come and look
Free, no obligation, and booked in a timely manner. We measure, photograph and ask the awkward questions now rather than halfway through.
You get it in writing
Scope, materials, timeline, price. Plain English, one page where possible. Take a week to think about it — we don’t do pressure.
We build it and clean up
Start when we said, finish when we said, walk it together at the end. Final payment after you’re happy, not before.
Where we work
Charlotte and
everywhere around it.
We’re local. That means we can get to you for a ten-minute look, and it means you can find us afterwards — which is more than can be said for whoever knocked on your door last spring.
Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston and Iredell counties, plus York County over the South Carolina line. Outside that? Call anyway — if it’s a big enough job we travel.
In their words
The reviews we’re
working towards.
We’re a young company and we’d rather say that than fake it. These are the standards we hold ourselves to on every job — ask us for references and we’ll give you real ones.
Showed up when they said
Start date kept, finish date kept, and a call the one morning they were running an hour late.
The price didn’t move
What was quoted is what was invoiced. Extra work was priced and approved before anybody touched it.
You’d never know we were there
Except for the finished work. Floors covered, site swept, nothing left in the yard.
Free estimates · Fully insured
Let’s talk about
your project.
One call, one free walk-through, one honest number. No pressure and no sales pitch — just a builder telling you what it takes.
